Bindery.  Bartash currently has two Muller-Martini saddle-stitch machines. Each machine has six pockets for multi-section jobs or jobs that have coated covers. We can saddle stitch up to 200 pages on both mini-tab and tabloid formats. Bartash can also stitch sizes from 11" x 17" down to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2". Our saddle-stitch machines also have ink-jet labeling machines attached so we can stitch and label your job in one pass! Bartash also has a chop-cutter that is perfect for two- or three-up coupon books.

Inserting. Bartash has six inserting lines: two 14 into 1, three 10 into 1's and one 8 into 1. Our inserting department handles over 10 million inserts per week and is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, Bartash has the ability to insert and mail in one pass to improve turnaround time! Whatever your insert—newsprint/glossy circulars, 8 1/2" x 11" 's or postcards—Bartash can insert it all!

Mailing. Our mail list management department will take your list and pre-sort it for the best rates. Or, if you prefer, Bartash can procure a mail list for you. Residential and commercial lists are available. Bar coding and firm packaging are other items Bartash offers to reduce your postal rates. Our mailing department currently labels over 3 million pieces per week, and our six video-jet ink-jet labeling lines and postal weighers are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The United States Post Office maintains a satellite office at our facility. Your mail will leave Bartash completely verified and ready to enter the United States Postal System.

Delivery. Bartash can deliver your product anywhere in the USA. Straight trucks, trailers, lift gates and vans are all available depending on the size of your job. In addition to our trucks, we contract out to a variety of trucking companies that service particular regions. In this way, Bartash can get the best trucking rates from Maine to Florida. We even ship to the West Coast! Second-day, next-day and ground packages sent via UPS are also available.
