With a 5-pressline operation in a 100,000 square foot facility, ±250 employees, Bartash is a full-service coldset web printer providing everything from Pre-Press to Post-Press. We currently serve over 250 publishers from Massachusetts to southern VA, and west to Indiana. Bartash’s 5 Press Lines are set up to print the most 4-color possible, with the highest quality by using the latest automatic inking and registration controls.

In 2008 Bartash developed a new product to address publishers’ needs for on-line versions of their publications. Bartash eDITIONs™ 3.0 are exciting award-winning animated flash flip-books with marketable live web-links. To enhance the eDITIONs experience, we now offer Bartash FlashAdz™; animated digital graphics which can be placed in Bartash eDITIONs,™ incorporated into HTML email campaigns, or displayed on websites. Bartash has an established quality control program and routinely sends its prepress management team to customers offices to help create better files, color configurations and address software and hardware issues before they affect the production schedule.

Once printed, Bartash can saddle stitch, insert into, or mail, our customer’s publications. Bartash offers complete mail management support using CWC QuickFill software to handle circulation and subscription renewals for publisher clients. Inkjet addressing and variable data imprinting are handled inline in our bindery. Polybagging and positionable sticker application round out the post press bindery offerings to accomodate your every need.

Bartash inserts over 10 Million pieces per week and Mails over 3 Million pieces. Onsite USPS makes mailing easy and guarantees quick turnaround and accurate delivery. Our mailing department also offers targeted direct-mail marketing lists to help aim our customers’ circulation for mailers and non-mailers alike.
