Our History
Bartash Printing, the largest cold web printing company in Philadelphia and one of the premier printing companies in the Northeastern U.S., was started over 50 years ago by Joe Bartash to print his weekly newspaper, The Southwest Globe-Times. In 1962, Joe’s son-in-law, Sidney Simon, joined the company. During the next 40 years, Sid and his son Michael built the business from a single-press operation, located in a 10,000 square foot facility, to a 5-press line operation in a 100,000 square foot facility. Since 1994, Bartash has grown from 60 to 300 employees. Bartash Printing currently has clientele stretching from Massachusetts to Alabama to Indiana.

Our Facility—Press Room
Bartash has five press lines (51 units)—including an eight-unit Didde web press for detach label cards and inserts—to turn your job around fast. These five press lines have five folders—one 20 unit, one 12 unit, one 10 unit and one 9 unit. All press lines are capable of in-line glue & trim and multi-webs of four-color. None of our press lines are older than 8 years and are constantly maintained by a full time staff of five. All press lines have stacked, four-high units for excellent color reproduction.

Trucking
In addition to local pick-up, Bartash will deliver your finished product to anywhere in the USA. We have two of our own trucks and work with a number of vendors to obtain the best possible rates for our customers.

Customer service is top priority at Bartash Printing, Inc. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with supervision in all departments at all times to meet your needs or any emergency situation.
